KHOU-TV Entergy customers may get hot under the collar after their appliances blew out when power returned after a massive outage last week. Last Wednesday's massive power outage that affected seven counties, left as many as 150,000 people in the dark. What happened to some residents when the lights came back on is enough to get you hot under the collar. The Stovall family is making due with a borrowed window air-conditioning unit because when their power came back on last week, it blew out their central unit.
