When Police Chief David Kunkle took office, he promised to reduce crime by 10 percent overall by the end of 2005. Crime in Dallas has dropped about 3 percent during Kunkle's tenure. FeedRoom Kunkle talked with NBC 5 reporter Grant Stinchfield about his year in office and the need for more officers before the department can achieve the 10-percent reduction goal.
